These terms govern your use of AI Headshot Generator, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service turns photos you upload into polished, professional-style headshots for profiles, teams and creators. Only upload photos of yourself, or of other people with their permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos you upload and of the headshots generated from them, subject to these terms. Do not use the service to create misleading identity documents, fake credentials, or imagery that impersonates another person without consent.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
